Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your city and courier service.
  • Delivery charges may vary based on weight, location, and courier policy.

Damaged / Incorrect Order Policy

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • a leaked/broken jar
  • incorrect product
  • or missing items

We take full responsibility.

You are eligible for:

Requirements:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Share clear pictures or video of the damaged/incorrect product
  • Keep the packaging for verification (if needed)

Return & Replacement Policy

1. Issue from Our Side

If the issue is from our end (wrong item, damaged item, missing product):

  • Replacement is completely free
  • No return shipping charges
  • Replacement arrives within 5–7 working days

2. Issue from Customer Side

If the issue is from the customer’s end (e.g., wrong order placed, change of mind, flavor preference):

  • Replacement can be provided
  • Additional shipping cost will apply (both ways)

Return Process

If your return/replacement request is approved:

  1. Our rider will come to your address
  2. You must hand over the product you want to return
  3. Replacement item will be delivered afterward

Important Notes

  • Claims made after 24 hours of order receipt may not be accepted
  • Used or partially consumed products are not eligible for return
  • Health and food products must remain unopened for return cases
